Designed to get you to the end of the run as efficiently and as comfortably as possible, The 2FO Flat 2.0 MTB Shoe was designed to make the best pedal connection possible. Utilising Specialized's own SlipNot 2.0 rubber compound, the 2FO Flat 2.0 were designed to make the best connection with the pedals. The construction of the sole was informed by a pressure mapping study which led to softer foam in the forefoot and harder foam in the rear so as to reduce foot cramps when tackling long downhills. A toe bumper and captured foam layer keep your feet protected from the treacherous terrain. Ergonomic Body Geometry sole construction and footbeds ensures a comfortable fit all day, increases efficiency of energy transfer and reduces chance of injury. The air mesh on the tongue and uppers allow for breathability whilst also facilitating the shedding of water weight on those wetter trails. The Lacelock elastic is a great addition for a trail shoe: wiithout the need for laces, there is no chance of them getting stuck in the chainrings.  Great shoes on and off the saddle.
